Meet our Sauna

Introducing our mobile sauna, aka the roaster. Crafted on a custom welded aluminum frame with aluminum siding and Western Red Cedar interior. Quality wood-fired heater paired with solar powered lighting makes for an off the grid oasis. Our sauna is 7x14’ and can comfortably fit 8-12 people.

  • Hot Heads Sauna is based out of Philadelphia. We service all areas within a 25 mile radios of Philly. This includes Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.

  • Every session includes:

    • Sauna trailer delivery + setup

    • Firewood + heater ready to go

    • Bucket, ladle + essentials

    • Quick walkthrough on how everything works

  • Very hot.
    Our sauna can reach 180–220°F, depending on how you run it and how much steam you want.

  • We handle the first round.
    Expect the sauna to be ready in roughly 45 minutes—we make sure it’s dialed in before your session starts.

  • Anywhere with:

    • Flat, accessible ground

    • Space for a trailer

    • Safe parking access

    Backyards, driveways, gyms, events, vineyards—you name it.

  • Nope.
    Hot Heads is fully off-grid capable—no hookups required.

  • Keep it simple:

  • Most people cycle:

    • 10–20 minutes in

    Listen to your body—this isn’t a competition.

  • Sauna is safe for most adults, but:

    • Avoid alcohol

    • Exit if you feel dizzy
